Content

The copyright to all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or any other materials whatsoever (collectively, Content), is owned by Efficom.

Licensing

All use, reproduction, modification, and other rights to the Content stored on the Sites will be subject to licensing arrangements that may be approved by Efficom as applicable to such Content. All unlicensed use of the Content is prohibited.

No resale of service

You agree not to sell, resell, or offer for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Sites, use of the Sites, or access to the Sites.

Except as permitted by a licensing arrangement, links to the http://www.policevision.ca are explicitly permitted and links to https://ads.policevision.ca are explicitly prohibited.

Indemnity; disclaimer; limitations of liability

When permitted by law, Efficom will not be responsible for any loss or damage encountered by using the Sites.

The total liability of Efficom is limited to the amount paid to us for use of the Sites.
