Efficom Inc (Efficom), located at 600 Campbell St, Cornwall, ON K6H 6X5, Canada as representative of the Canadian Police Association publication Police Vision (Police Vision), is the sole owner of information collected on this site.

The information includes business name, contact name, e-mail address, telephone number, payment information as well as ad content, placement and availability. We also need a username and password for access to your sponsor account.

Efficom only collects information from our sponsors to allow the placement of ads and the processing of payments for those ads.

This policy does not apply to the content, placement and availability of an ad after it has been printed in a copy of Police Vision. Efficom does not control the distribution and sharing of printed copies of Police Vision.

Cookies

Efficom uses browser cookies only to permit the placement and payment of ads and the modification of the sponsor's account. Efficom does not use browser cookies to track or collect information regarding the sponsor's visit to the Police Vision site.

Log Files

We log IP addresses for adminstration purposes. We do not link IP addresses to sponsor accounts.

Sharing

Efficom will share the information with Moneris Solutions so that it may process payment from the sponsor. Efficom will share the information with the Canadian Police Association. Ad content, placement and availability is shared with our printers. Except as required by law or regulation, Efficom will not sell, share or rent the information to any other company or party.

Security

Efficom takes precautions to protect our sponsor's information. Efficom shall inform the sponsor if we believe our sponsor's information has been compromised.

Notification of Changes

Efficom reserves the right to modify this privacy statement at any time. The sponsor shall be informed of these modifications on the Police Vision website. If Efficom makes material changes to this policy, we will notify the sponsor by email or by means of a notice on the Police Vision website.
